Meet Caroline

Hello, my name is Caroline. If you've found me here, I’m hoping it’s because you’re looking for someone to help you navigate some of the tougher parts of life. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the state of Minnesota. I have been practicing as a Therapist with people ages 3 to 98 years old for five years. I have significant clinical experience treating children six years old and up for adjustment issues, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and behavioral concerns. While this area of expertise is a focus of mine, I also love working with adults and have always maintained a caseload with adult therapy clients. I have 17 years of experience working with families that extends long before my career as a therapist. My roots in childcare have given me a sturdy foundation in understanding the complex realities of family life for the average person. I love working with adults and children with executive dysfunction, finding ways to make the mundane feel rewarding. Issues that can contribute to executive dysfunction are ADHD, Autism, C-PTSD and PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorder, and other mental health differences that make it difficult to complete daily tasks of living. At this time, I have openings for online therapy for people ages 16 and up. Clinically, I use the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy model alongside Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to help patients meet their goals.
